A project on the theme of weeds – aka ‘a plant in the wrong place’. I am concerned by how we treat nature by removing all that is not ‘right’. The focus here is on surprise and wonder and contrasting Nature-Culture, by using mundane lint rollers to remove unwanted ‘green’ in nature. This piece that reads as a sculpture was made specifically for the group exhibit: ‘Natur-Naturligvis’ at Ågalleriet, Frederiksværk July 2021.
